Your Profile

Your public profile is visible to other Prized Lines members when they view your listings or receive a match request from you. It displays:

• Display Name: the name you have chosen for the platform.
• Kennel / Stud Name: your registered breeding operation name.
• Bio: a short description of your breeding focus and experience.
• Location: your city or region (coordinates are never shown publicly).
• Verified Breeder Badge: displayed if you are on the Premium plan or above.

Navigate to the Profile section from the main navigation to edit your information. The following fields are editable:

• Display Name
• Bio
• Kennel / Stud Name
• Website URL
• Location (text entry or GPS capture)

To set your location automatically, click the "Use GPS" button on the profile edit form. Your browser will request permission to access your device's location. Once granted, your latitude and longitude are stored and used for distance-based search calculations. Your exact coordinates are never displayed publicly.

Upload a profile photograph from the media section of your profile page. The photo will appear alongside your display name on your public profile and in match request notifications. Accepted formats are JPEG and PNG. Minimum recommended dimensions are 200×200 pixels.

Your account role can be changed from the profile settings page. You may switch between Searcher, Lister, and Both at any time. Note that switching away from a Lister role will hide your active listings from search results until you switch back.

The Verified Breeder badge is available to users on the Premium plan and above. It is displayed on your public profile and beside your animal listings in search results. The badge signals to other users that you are a committed participant in the platform and have completed the profile verification process associated with the Premium tier.
