1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Prized Lines ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Prized Lines is a verified breeding marketplace for dogs, horses, and cattle. The Platform facilitates connections between animal owners for breeding purposes, stud services, and offspring sales.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Listing Requirements

Users listing animals for breeding must ensure all information is accurate and truthful. This includes health records, pedigree information, breeding history, and any relevant certifications. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Platform fees and service charges apply as outlined in the Pricing page. Breeders are responsible for all taxes on their earnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• List animals with falsified pedigree or health information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions off-platform
• Use the platform for illegal breeding practices

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, Prized Lines will provide a mediation platform but is not responsible for the outcome. Users are encouraged to communicate directly and resolve issues amicably.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prized Lines is not responsible for the health, behavior, or quality of any animals listed on the platform. All transactions and breeding arrangements are between users. The Platform serves as a marketplace facilitator only.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited conduct. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through their profile settings.
